Over 20 years ago, I developed and blended a gluten-free cake donut premix in Australia, designed for freezing and reheating. This innovative product was successfully launched under a client’s brand in the retail market.

A decade later, we pioneered a new category in Australia, collaborating with clients to sell freshly fried gluten-free cake donuts at weekend markets, shopping centres, football stadiums, and festivals.

Now, we are expanding into the UK, where we will manufacture our gluten-free cake donut premixes locally and distribute them directly to our clients.
